The above stated amounts are to be paid in €.

Check - in time: from 16:00 h - 22:00 h
Check - out time: from 08:00 h - 10:00 h

Payment and cancellation conditions: Advance payment of 15% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer. If cancellation is received 20 days or more before the arrival date or in case of force majeure, advance payment will be refunded in full. In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.

Children and extra beds: A travel cot can be provided upon request and put either in a bedroom on the first floor or in the living room. 

Pets: No pets are allowed in the house.

Other: A deposit of €150 will be taken at check-in. If no damage done during the stay it will be completely returned at check-out. In case of damage it will be kept in amount according to the damage done.

Final cleaning: 100 €
Smoking is not permitted in the house. However, smoking is permitted outside the house.

* Price is 50% higher for all stays shorter than 3 nights.
** Use of hot tub is free of charge between 25 April and 31 October. A one-time charge of €150 will be applied between 1 November and 25 April.
*** Additional person (for each person after 4) charge is additionaly 20 € / night.
