Pick your own seasonal vegetables from the organic vegetable garden including tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, beetroot, cabbage, cucumbers and Swiss chard and enjoy the fruit from your very own orchard: figs, cherries, sour cherries, strawberries, currants, hazelnuts and walnuts.

Judith & Tony, France, "Old-stone character, glorious countryside, easy to reach interesting places on the coast and inland... " We are a couple in our 70s who enjoy walking and wanted to holiday in May. We were looking for somewhere peaceful and surrounded by nature, with a small supermarket and perhaps a restaurant/pizzeria nearby, also not far from interesting places to visit. The high ratings I have given are based on these criteria because all the boxes were ticked. We couldn't have been better accommodated and located. We had chilly weather for May and very much enjoyed the large open log fire. Thank you, Natasa and Dean. BTW, the pizzeria in Visjnan, Al Ritrovo, which has tables under the trees across the main road offers excellent pizzas including two which are generously flavoured with black truffles and are DELICIOUS. The staircase is a steep, spiral installation with good handrails. We didn't mind it but it might be a problem for anyone not strong and fit!That was a great surprise and treat on our last evening!   May, 2019
